Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 13:00 HRS | Check-out: 11:00 HRS

Early Check-in & Late Check-out available upon request (subject to availability and Extra charges applicable).

Housekeeping

Room Cleaning: Housekeeping services are provided daily between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Do Not Disturb: If the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, housekeeping will not enter the room.

Room Occupancy

Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. The maximum number of guests as per booking required. Extra guests will incur additional charges.

Identification

A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests. Example (Aadhar, passport, voter-ID, driving license), PAN card not accepted.

Noise Policy

Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 09:00 PM and 7:00 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms & indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

note : Inform the hotel staff or reception about your preference for a smoking room upon check in time

Visitors Policy

Visitors are allowed only in the lobby or common areas and must leave by 09:00 PM. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.

Damages and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or missing items. Charges will apply for repairs or replacements.

Security

Always lock your room door and use the safe in reception for valuables.

Prohibited Items

Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Engaging in any illegal activities within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Parking Policy

Free parking is available for room guests only.

Food and Beverages

Please use the hotel restaurant or room service for dining needs. Outside food and beverages are also allowed.

Wi-Fi Usage

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests. Usage must comply with local laws and regulations. Illegal or inappropriate activities are prohibited.

Emergency Procedures

Familiarize yourself with emergency exits & procedures. Contact the front desk immediately in case of an emergency.

Respect for Others

Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Lost and Found

Report lost items to the front desk. Found items will be stored for 30 days before being discarded or donated.

Payment Policy

All room charges must be settled at check-in time. Additional charges (e.g., mini-bar, damages) will be applied to your bill.

Management’s Rights

Right of admission reserved with management.

Room Access

The management reserves the right to enter rooms for cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections.

Policy Enforcement

Non-compliance with hotel policies may result in termination of accommodation without refund. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for violating hotel policies, causing disturbances, or engaging in illegal activities.
